Our prices include final cleaning and reservation costs. Air conditioning costs are charged separately ($ 0.60 per kwh), as well as 7% tourist tax.

  2. Check-in from 3 p.m. Check out until 11 a.m. The last day of your stay, you can use the shower, sun beds and swimming pool for free.
  3. You should clean the house in neat state, otherwise we are obliged to charge $40,- for cleaning costs.

Service

Cleaning apartments/bungalows once a week. Clean towels are provided 2 times a week, clean sheets once a week. For a fee of $ 5, you can use a washing machine and dryer. There is also an iron and ironing board available.

Free facilities

  1. Use of our large swimming pool with luxurious sunbeds and sun terraces.
  2. Library with various games.
  3. Wi-Fi internet access.
  4. Barbeque with bar and dining tables.
  5. Every morning from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. there is a coffee hour on the porch of the main house. There you have the opportunity to ask questions, to meet other guests, make a reservation or to hire a car or equipment.

Island tour

If you don’t want to rent a car, but if you want to see more of the island, we can offer you a tailor-made island tour for up to 6 persons. Half a day costs $ 100,-; a whole day $ 200,-.

Every Tuesday night we organize a BBQ by the pool. For $ 25,-p.p. you can enjoy delicious fish and meat specialities incl. 2 drinks and coffee. During the rest of the time you can use the BBQ for free.

Welcome Package

You can specify when booking whether you are interested in a welcome package. This welcome package for the first day consists of wine, beer, chips, sodas, fruit juice, bread, sandwich filling, coffee, tea, coffee milk, sugar and mosquito spray. Costs of the welcome package: $ 60,-
